Responsibilities:
  • Accounting / HR / Administration and its related activities in advertising business.
  • Keep any contractual documents in order.
  • Daily report to relevant superior. (to native Japanese)
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls and generate sales by using account system (MYOB) and report to HQ Japan.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Work with accounting consulting firm as necessary.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.Follow up and chase client status with outstanding payment.
  • Update Media premises table, claim form and relevant documentations.
  • Create payroll data and submit to HQ Japan and accounting firm.
  • Conduct recruitment of any departments.
  • Prepare new staff requirement and programs.
  • Implement payment to suppliers as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Japanese (N2 & above), Mandarin (to deals with Mandarin Speaker clients), English
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Must possess valid driving license and own transportation.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office

Salary range:

RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 + Allowances + Company Benefits

Working hours:
9:00am – 6:00pm (Mondays – Fridays)
