Nature of Business: Out-Of-Home Advertising Company
Responsibilities:
- Accounting / HR / Administration and its related activities in advertising business.
- Keep any contractual documents in order.
- Daily report to relevant superior. (to native Japanese)
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls and generate sales by using account system (MYOB) and report to HQ Japan.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Work with accounting consulting firm as necessary.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.Follow up and chase client status with outstanding payment.
- Update Media premises table, claim form and relevant documentations.
- Create payroll data and submit to HQ Japan and accounting firm.
- Conduct recruitment of any departments.
- Prepare new staff requirement and programs.
- Implement payment to suppliers as necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Japanese (N2 & above), Mandarin (to deals with Mandarin Speaker clients), English
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Must possess valid driving license and own transportation.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office
Salary range:
RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 + Allowances + Company Benefits
Working hours:
9:00am – 6:00pm (Mondays – Fridays)
