Responsibilities:
  • To responsible as division head
  • To oversee the division function & activities
  • To conduct new project development and transfer
  • To carry on customer visit & business development activities
  • To monitor operation and facilities set up progress.
  • To forecast activities plans
  • To grand authorization and approval to staffs’ activities
  • To establish improvement on policies and shall align with company direction.
  • To verify and approve improvement activities.
  • To verify and approve operation process.
  • To verify and approve employee plans.
  • To control profit & loss plan
  • To manage and approve expenses plan.
  • To establish quality management system, verification & approval
  • To review and approve production & quality records.
  • To verify and approval NG parts
  • To conduct abnormality control and countermeasure verification
  • To manage overall reports
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5-10 years of management experience in related industry
  • Strong in management skill & understand well process from customer inquiries, internal operation management, profit & loss planning, and reporting.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding industry will be an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese
