Manufacture of office automation equipment component

Responsibilities:
  • To work out on cost analysis by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • To consolidate various data by collecting data from related sources and departments.
  • To identify and compile the facts of information by breaking down data into separate parts.
  • To compute and review the reports and explain on cost fluctuations to Management and Headquarter.
  • To prepare monthly cost reports and analysis of production variances.
  • To prepare, update and maintain report for monthly and yearly plan.
  • To act as a translator or interpreter from Japanese to English or vice versa if required.
  • To update and maintain Key Performance Indicators such as breakeven point (BEP), marginal profit, added value and etc.
  • To analyze budget and result based on actual sales and costs.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required by Management.
Requirements:
  • Must possess Bachelor Degree of Accounting / Finance / Costing/ Banking or any other relevant field.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in related.
  • Must understand Accounting Principles and Management Accounting Principles, Communication skill, Good analytical skill, Computer skills, Intermediate level in Excel, Attention to details and good in numbering.
  • Must be good spoken and written Japanese, English and Mandarin. At least JLPT N2 and above.
  • Languages Required:
    English, Malay, Mandarin and Japanese
    Salary range:
    RM4,000 – RM5,500
