Nature of Business: Risk management, medical service communication & Insurance agent.
  • Main duties and responsibilities are attending our Japanese members to the hospital as a Interpreter for doctor consultation.
  • To provide medical support to Japanese members including handle hospital’s procedures, insurance claiming etc.
  • To provide police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customer who involve in car accident.
  • To handle document and data entry into computer system in Japanese & English.
  • To provide general administrative and operational support for assigned task.
  • To answer phone calls, handling email correspondence & ad-hoc duties.
  • These duties need to be 24-hour standby shift, providing support during non-working hour and Weekend or public holiday by shift.
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • Strong Japanese language skill is a must. Prefer JLPT N2 & above.
  • Good in Japanese, English and Malay.
  • Willing to travel within Penang.

    Salary range:
    RM4,000 – RM6,000 (Negotiable subject to experience)
