Responsibilities:
  • To prepare monthly clients account statement
  • To handle documentation for sales and rental of property – liaising with agents / lawyer / regulatory bodies and property administration for the said property.
  • To handle inquiries regarding property for sales and rental.
  • To prospect to new customers for sales and rental of properties under company.
  • To find listings and arrange the viewing of the properties.
  • To upload and update the property listings onto internet sites such as company website, I-Property, Property Guru and Facebook.
  • To attend the viewings for agents & clients.
  • To do necessary sales admin work such as Tenancy agreement and SPA preparation with lawyer.
  • To arrange for maintenance departments services – such as renovation, aircon service, plumbing, cleaning and etc.
  • To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated and latest news and policies related to Property market in Selangor / KL
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a related industry.
  • Strong Japanese language skill is a must, at least JLPT N2 & above.
  • Good in Japanese, Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
  • Must hold valid Driving License & possess own transport.
  • Languages Required:
    English, Malay, Mandarin & Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
    Salary range:
    RM3,500 – RM4,500 (Subjected to Experience)
