Nature of Business: Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

To liaise with management into formulate objectives and understand requirements to production line.
To organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines set by planner.
To estimate costs and prepare budgets for inventory purpose.
To monitor production to resolve issues
To manage & monitor production planning & control
To prepare production schedule
To manage inventory planning and control, determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
To supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
To review, monitor prgress of production maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
To ensure output meets quality standards set by company.
To enforce health and safety precautions to meet company policies
To work closely and monitor operation staffs included 15-20 foreign workers.
To report to upper management on production schedule, production planning and inventory control status.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred

At least five (5) years of related working experience in manufacturing environment and production management.

Must proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin Language.

Proficient in MS Office, ERP software or software related to inventory planning & control.

Ability to manage and monitor production floor team members especially foreign workers.

Have knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts

Well understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

Have outstanding communication skill to communicate with different level in company organisation from management level till production operators (local & foreign workers)

Excellent organizing and leaderships skills

Must be in strong decision-making and a results-driven approach

Languages Required:
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese

Salary range:
RM 8,000
