Products Promotion & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
  • To handle of Electronic Direct Mailer (EDM) system
  • To work closely with the Asia Pacific marketing team on the design and development, conceptualizing, and printing of all online and offline materials.
  • To assist in providing the design and layout of the company website, social media platform, EDM and any online-related matter.
  • To brainstorm and develop brand marketing materials that are aligned with company brand image and brand identity.
  • To develop design materials for brand marketing use. These materials include flyers, brochures, posters, advertisements, booth designs and more.
  • To liaise with trade marketing to ensure full compliance of the relevant promotional events are in place within the defined timelines.
  • To follow up on promotional initiatives, track the results, give analytical feedback, and improvements to the made on the communication material used.
  • To assist in all company projects and other duties assigned by the management from time to time as and when required.
  • To ensure all marketing materials are consistent and adheres to the corporate branding, visual identity and guidelines.
  • To complete other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • At least Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design/ Art / Creative Multimedia or related disciplines.
  • At least 1-3 years working experience in a creative design environment.
  • Required Skill(s): graphic design, desktop publishing, digital design and illustration; video editing skill is an added advantage. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Able to work independently but also be a good team player working collaboratively with the Asia Pacific Marketing team to achieve quality work on time.

    Salary range:
    RM2300 – RM2500
