Responsibilities:
- To prepare Shortage Miss Package Quality Report Online (SMOL) progress summary and report update
- To act as a Coordinator between warehouse, sales PICs and QA: stock information gathering, prepare shipping document, handle on-hold request and admin work.
- To prepare rework instruction, arrange outsource manpower, monitor sorting, and rework activity.
- To summarize all claim cost, issue DN, follow up replacement parts shipment details.
- To arrange goods, return by courier.
- To handle scrap application, scrapper arrangement and invoice issuance for scrap.
- To perform documentation control and keeping
- To perform duty at warehouse: 5S activity, monitor NG part list & control.
- To perform other duties related as and when required by superior.

Salary range:
RM2,000 – RM2,300 (OT claimable, come with good staff benefit)
