Responsibilities
  • Execute a business plan and sales strategy that ensure  attaintment of sales, gross margin and profitability goals, in line with the organization strategic plan.
  • Innitiate and coordinate development of action plan to ensure continuos growth of business through existing or develop new retail vertical markets (Food Industries)
  • Developement of strategic plans for specific vertical accounts and establishing win-win situation for both the company and customers by addressing all level of needs
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets, as set in the individual Annual Sales Plan
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Candidate required to have the ability to be a multi tasker and be well organized
  • Required Language : Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin(Must)
Working Hours: 8.45am – 5.45pm (Mondays – Fridays)
Location: Shah Alam
Salary Range: RM3200 – RM4500(depends on the experience) + HP Allowance (RM120/Max)+Travelling Allowance (RM800) + Parking and toll claims whenever you visit customers / supplier for business purpose
