Responsibilities:
  • To handle for customers PO and checking stock status with factory.
  • To arrange delivery /shipment to customer from local or overseas.
  • To check customer requirement for delivery changes.
  • To check customer demand forecast, prepare material / stock for high demand items.
  • To arrange stock exchange with other customers if factory schedule does not match with customer request.
  • To handle customer complaint, support for quality issue and replace goods.
  • To maintain good relationships with customer.
  • To issue Quotation
Requirements:
  • Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of working experience.
  • Must good in Ms Excel (intermediate level and above)
  • Good interpersonal skill with a high level of initiative and drive
  • Pleasant and patient personality with excellent service mindset
    • Languages Required:
    English, Malay & Mandarin
    Salary range:
    RM 2500 -3000
