Automotive/ Trading

  • To develop and set up the new workshop customers network to the designed area.
  • To explore and identify potential dealers.
  • To drive dealers’ sales team to meet designated area / territory sales performance.
  • To participate in sales related activities in automotive department:
    • Preparing & submitting the Customer Visit Report (CVR) by weekly basis.
    • Preparing & submitting the Prospect Management Pipeline List.
    • Preparing & submitting the Value Analysis Report.
    • Participating in monthly & quarterly sales review meeting.

  • To self-equipped with fundamental of lubricant and basic product knowledge through in-house trainings provided.
  • To monitor on payment and collection.
  • To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product, competitor activities, market trend, etc.
  • To liaise with supplier and handling the signage sponsorship application documents:
    • Acting as head coordinator for handling the whole application processes for signage sponsorship project.
    • Handling the Documents Storage & e-filing management.
  • To conduct staff development:
    • Guiding team members in sales related activities.
  • Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in related principal
  • Preferable have sales experience in automotive lubricant oil.
  • Must be willing to travel to meet customer
  • Must possess own transport for sales activities.
  • Willing to handle Dirty, Dangerous and Disgusting (3D), in the automotive industry
  • Able to read, write & speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Languages Required:
    English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
    Salary range:
    RM2500 – RM4000 (Subjected to experience) (Good company benefit)
