Responsibilities:
  • To conduct sales activities from generating lead to sales revenue.
  • To look for new lead and build up good relationships with customers to enhance customer retention.
  • To organize and plan daily activities.
  • To complete task & achieve target assigned by superior.
  • Preferably has experience in Property / Construction industry or equivalent. For those who have experience in other industries is also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in liaising with Contractor / Main Contractor / Building Owner will be an added advantage.
  • To hands-on and result oriented, ability to work under tight schedule and challenging environment.
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field of studies or Business studies / Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 – 5 Year(s) of working experience in Sales in building material.
  • Experience in the Property / Construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Able to work independently, confident, mature and organized.
  • Willing to learn, positive attitude and passionate.
  • Capable of ensuring work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied with.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be a plus)

    Salary range:
    RM5,000 – RM10,000 (Come with Car Allowance + Shell Petrol Card + Toll Claimable + Mobile Phone + Sales Commission + Incentive)
